Saturday Morning Training

Come join your fellow Cycledeliacs for our Saturday morning training rides. We will be riding a variety of roads and routes you probably didn’t know existed, including some gravel portions. If it’s miserable out, we will likely do loops in the city that don’t take you too far from home. If it’s a nice day, the ride might go a bit longer. In all cases, the rides will likely be a bit harder and have a bit less chatting than you’re used to on a Saturday morning ride.

Meet at 8:30am at “d’Lish by Tish” at the corner of Lansdowne, Temperance and 14th.
Training Rides will run from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in September

Disclosure:

Rides will be approximately 120 km +/- 20 km
The route is pre-decided, and not by you. There will be a designated leader.
Pacing will be variable and you are more than welcome to “kick the hornets nest”.
Average pace will be > 35 km/hr
